These Terms of Use (“Agreement”) govern your access to and use of WrapUp’s software, website, and related services (“Services”). By using our Services, you agree to be legally bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not access or use the Services.
WrapUp (“we,” “our,” “us”) provides an online platform offering 3D simulation tools and access to a network of independent wrap professionals (“Installers”). WrapUp does not provide installation services itself and holds no responsibility for the work, quality, conduct, or outcomes of any Installer or third party listed in the network. All engagements between users and Installers are at your own risk.
WrapUp: The company offering the Services.
User: Any individual or business using the Services.
Installer: An independent third-party wrap installer listed in the network.
Client: A User seeking services from an Installer.
Engagement: A direct arrangement between Client and Installer.
Service Contract: Terms agreed upon between a Client and Installer. WrapUp is not a party to these contracts.
You must be 18 years or older to use our Services.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes.
You may not copy, sell, or exploit any part of the Services without our written permission.
WrapUp may modify or discontinue the Services at any time.
WrapUp offers access to a network of Installers for convenience only. WrapUp:
Does not supervise, vet, or control any Installer.
Is not involved in agreements, payments, or outcomes between Clients and Installers.
Is not responsible for any services performed by Installers.
All communication, work, and payments between you and any Installer are your sole responsibility.
WrapUp offers paid digital products and subscriptions. All purchases are subject to the following:
You authorize WrapUp or its third-party payment provider to charge your payment method.
Pricing is in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
WrapUp does not process payments between Clients and Installers.
At WrapUp, we aim to provide high-quality services and products. Please read this policy carefully before making any purchases. By completing a payment with us, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
1. Non-Refundable Payments
Under no circumstances will refunds be issued for non-recurring payments, including but not limited to:
These payments are final and cannot be refunded once processed.
2. Refunds for the “U-Chrome” Plan
2.1 Initial Setup Fee (Non-Refundable)
The initial cost of the U-Chrome Plan, which covers implementing the 3D simulator on your website, is non-refundable under all circumstances. This fee covers labor and setup work that cannot be reversed.
2.2 Monthly Recurring Payment
The monthly recurring payment for the U-Chrome Plan can be cancelled at any time by sending an email to info@wrap-up.app with the subject line “Cancellation”. If you cancel within three (3) days of the payment date, you will be eligible for a full refund of that month’s payment. Cancellations made after this three-day window are not eligible for a refund.
The monthly recurring payment for subscriptions to be listed on the network map can also be cancelled at any time by sending an email to info@wrap-up.app with the subject line “Cancellation”, but no refunds will be provided for the current billing cycle once payment has been processed.

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The updated policy will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
You are solely responsible for any content (text, images, logos, data) you upload to the platform.
You agree not to:
Post or transmit unlawful or offensive content
Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
Upload malware or attempt to disrupt the Services
Engage in fraud or misuse of the platform
WrapUp reserves the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.
All content, software, design, logos, and technology provided by WrapUp are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the Services without permission.
WrapUp provides the Services “as is” without warranties.
We do not guarantee uptime, error-free operation, or color accuracy.
The 3D Simulator is a visualization tool only. Actual results may vary.
WrapUp disclaims any liability for Installer performance, missed appointments, or unsatisfactory work.
To the fullest extent allowed by law:
WrapUp is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We are not responsible for loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid (if any) for accessing the Services in the past 30 days.
You may delete your account at any time.
WrapUp may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if:
You breach these Terms
You misuse the Services
We are required to do so by law or technical issues
Termination does not relieve you of any payment obligations incurred before the date of termination.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding its conflict of law rules.
Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
For users in the EU, arbitration will be handled through the International Chamber of Commerce in the Netherlands.
WrapUp may update these Terms of Use from time to time. If material changes are made, we will notify users through the platform or by email. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
