These Terms of Use (“Agreement”) govern your access to and use of WrapUp’s software, website, and related services (“Services”). By using our Services, you agree to be legally bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not access or use the Services.

1. Company Overview

WrapUp (“we,” “our,” “us”) provides an online platform offering 3D simulation tools and access to a network of independent wrap professionals (“Installers”). WrapUp does not provide installation services itself and holds no responsibility for the work, quality, conduct, or outcomes of any Installer or third party listed in the network. All engagements between users and Installers are at your own risk.

2. Definitions

  • WrapUp: The company offering the Services.

  • User: Any individual or business using the Services.

  • Installer: An independent third-party wrap installer listed in the network.

  • Client: A User seeking services from an Installer.

  • Engagement: A direct arrangement between Client and Installer.

  • Service Contract: Terms agreed upon between a Client and Installer. WrapUp is not a party to these contracts.

3. Eligibility and Registration

  • You must be 18 years or older to use our Services.

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering an account.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.

4. Use of Services

  • You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes.

  • You may not copy, sell, or exploit any part of the Services without our written permission.

  • WrapUp may modify or discontinue the Services at any time.

5. Installer Relationships

WrapUp offers access to a network of Installers for convenience only. WrapUp:

  • Does not supervise, vet, or control any Installer.

  • Is not involved in agreements, payments, or outcomes between Clients and Installers.

  • Is not responsible for any services performed by Installers.

All communication, work, and payments between you and any Installer are your sole responsibility.

6. Payments

WrapUp offers paid digital products and subscriptions. All purchases are subject to the following:

  • You authorize WrapUp or its third-party payment provider to charge your payment method.

  • Pricing is in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

  • WrapUp does not process payments between Clients and Installers.

7. Refund Policy

All payments are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

This applies to:

  • Subscriptions

  • Access to digital tools (e.g., the 3D simulator)

  • Network listing fees

  • Any other purchases made through WrapUp

We strongly encourage Users to ask questions before making a purchase. Once payment is submitted, it is non-refundable.

8. User Content and Conduct

You are solely responsible for any content (text, images, logos, data) you upload to the platform.

You agree not to:

  • Post or transmit unlawful or offensive content

  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity

  • Upload malware or attempt to disrupt the Services

  • Engage in fraud or misuse of the platform

WrapUp reserves the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, software, design, logos, and technology provided by WrapUp are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the Services without permission.

10. Disclaimers

  • WrapUp provides the Services “as is” without warranties.

  • We do not guarantee uptime, error-free operation, or color accuracy.

  • The 3D Simulator is a visualization tool only. Actual results may vary.

  • WrapUp disclaims any liability for Installer performance, missed appointments, or unsatisfactory work.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law:

  • WrapUp is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • We are not responsible for loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid (if any) for accessing the Services in the past 12 months.

12. Termination

You may delete your account at any time.

WrapUp may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if:

  • You breach these Terms

  • You misuse the Services

  • We are required to do so by law or technical issues

Termination does not relieve you of any payment obligations incurred before the date of termination.

13. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding its conflict of law rules.

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

For users in the EU, arbitration will be handled through the International Chamber of Commerce in the Netherlands.

14. Changes to the Terms

WrapUp may update these Terms of Use from time to time. If material changes are made, we will notify users through the platform or by email. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Can I request to add my own car?

Yes!

If your vehicle isn’t listed yet, you can submit a request. We’re constantly expanding our database, and based on demand, we can prioritize adding your model. Custom requests for business use can also be discussed.

Do I need to install anything?

No installation required. Our simulator runs 100% online—even on mobile. Just open your browser and start exploring.

Can I use it on my phone or tablet?

Absolutely.

The simulator is optimized for desktop, where you’ll get the best experience thanks to the larger screen. It also works on phones, but due to the smaller screen size, the experience might feel more limited.
